Terms of Service

You retain ownership of all recipes, photos, notes, and other content you create or upload to the Service ("Your Content"). By uploading content, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to store, display, and process Your Content solely to provide the Service to you.

If you choose to make a recipe public, you grant us an additional licence to display that recipe on the Ocak website without requiring sign-in. You may make a recipe private again at any time.

You represent and warrant that:

• •You own or have the necessary rights to the content you upload
• •Your Content does not infringe any third-party rights
• •Your Content does not contain harmful, illegal, or objectionable material

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

AI-generated recipes:

• •Are created algorithmically and not verified by a human chef or nutritionist
• •May contain errors in ingredient quantities, cooking times, or instructions
• •May occasionally suggest ingredient combinations that are unsafe for certain individuals
• •Do not constitute professional dietary or nutritional advice

You are solely responsible for reviewing AI-generated recipes before cooking and consuming them. Always verify that ingredients are safe for your dietary needs, allergies, and health conditions. If you have specific dietary or medical requirements, consult a qualified healthcare professional or registered dietitian.

When you import a recipe from a third-party website using the URL import feature, you are responsible for ensuring your use of that recipe complies with the original website's terms of service and copyright. The Service extracts recipe information for your personal use only.

Prices are in US dollars. Applicable taxes may be added depending on your location.

All web payments are processed by Paddle. We do not store your payment card details. By purchasing a subscription, you also agree to Paddle's terms.

Monthly and Annual subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods except as described in our Refund Policy.

The Lifetime plan is a limited-time, one-time purchase capped at 300 seats. Once either 300 seats are sold or 60 days after the initial public launch (whichever occurs first), the Lifetime plan will be retired. The Lifetime plan grants permanent access to all V1 Features. Future features requiring additional AI processing costs may require a separate subscription. Existing V1 Features will never be removed from Lifetime plan holders.

If we offer a free trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled before the trial expires.

We will notify you by email and in-app notification at least 30 days before a price increase takes effect for existing subscribers.

The Service, including its design, code, trademarks, and all content created by us (excluding Your Content and AI-generated content created at your request), is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

If you provide us with feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us the right to use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF REVENUE, OR PERSONAL INJURY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Recipes — whether AI-generated, user-created, or imported — are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional dietary, nutritional, or medical advice. We accept no liability for adverse reactions, illness, or injury resulting from following any recipe in the Service.

You may terminate your account at any time in Settings → Delete Account. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any prepaid subscription fees.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or illegal activity, or abuse the AI generation feature. We will notify you of termination except where doing so would be unlawful or compromise security.

Upon termination, your licence to use the Service ends. We will delete your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including limitations of liability, disclaimers, and indemnification) will survive.
