Refund Policy

This policy applies to purchases made through ocak.io. For App Store or Google Play purchases, refunds are handled by Apple and Google respectively according to their own refund policies.

• •We offer a 14-day refund window from your first subscription purchase. Contact privacy@ocak.io within 14 days for a full refund, no questions asked.
• •After 14 days, subscription fees are non-refundable.
• •Cancellation retains access until the end of the current billing period.
• •Renewal charges are non-refundable, but contact us within 48 hours of an unintended renewal and we will consider a refund on a case-by-case basis.

• •Non-refundable after 14 days from purchase.
• •Within 14 days, email privacy@ocak.io for a full refund.

• •Include your order email address.
• •We respond within 2 business days.
• •Refunds appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.
